In all of his experiences, Coach Chapman has tried to coach the game the way it should be played and teach his players personal accountability and responsibility. He believes that through the game of basketball, players come face to face with adversity, giving them a unique opportunity to learn how to work as a team, persevere, and give their best regardless of the outcome of the game.
